In-house at Blue Bottle Coffee, I shaped the end-to-end evolution of the brand’s ecommerce experience, transforming the digital flagship into a conversion-driven, brand-forward platform. I defined content and merchandising strategies to balance storytelling with shoppable design, and partnered closely with internal stakeholders and external agency teams to execute seamlessly. Leveraging analytics, I guided categorization, editorial development, and UX refinements to ensure both aesthetic alignment and measurable business impact.
